Elspeth Michaels

Elspeth has spent most of her years living in Connecticut, oblivious to its preppy reputation and yuppie-saturation until she entered high school. It was also in high school where she began singing in an a cappella group. Since then, her love, alas, obsession with harmonies, cheesy facial expressions, and phrases like "do ba ding" have grown exponentially.

Her singing career began in the backseat of a Toyota Forerunner, always belting to the opera tapes her mother played in the car. (Coincidently, her sister always developed "headaches" mid-aria.) Though her opera days are behind her, Elspeth prefers the a cappella scene and loves singing with VIYH!
